He is the liaison between the company and outside legal counsel in areas of corporate organization, real estate acquisition and membership documentation.

Steven Lanter, former Chairman and CEO of the Lanter Company, is an astute strategist who transformed a family business into a regional giant in the distribution, warehousing and logistics industries. The company generated annual revenues of $140 million under Mr.Lanter’s direction and operated 32 facilities from the Carolinas to the Rockies and everywhere in between. Along with a strong track record in commercial real estate, Steve possesses a keen ability to recognize value positions and to mold complex partnerships.
Gary Jochim
President of Realty Equity Capital, Inc., is a commercial real estate mortgage banker with a 40-year career spanning all manner of real estate finance, including debt (both construction and permanent), mezzanine finance, equity and joint venture negotiation. Gary’s vast experience in hospitality development financing includes the $80 million DoubleTree Suites hotel in Charleston and the ownership restructuring of The Inn at Little Washington in Virginia, notable for holding AAA five-star and Mobile five-diamond ratings. Mr. Joachim was instrumental in negotiating with all the major hotel chains and finalizing the franchise for the Hilton Emerald Coast.
Ozean oversees the concept development, planning and operations of North Light Yacht Club - a successful merging of a full service resort marina, yacht club and modern dry-storage facility. At completion, North Light will feature 280 dry slips with rack lengths of 30 to 40 feet in a state-of-the-art boathouse designed for secure storage.
